Mindfulness is one of the most important skills in life. It allows you to think clearer, reduce stress and refocus the mind. Mind the Bump is an app developed by the Smiling Mind team targeted at women during pregnancy. This is a free app which helps to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of mothers in preparation for having a baby and becoming a new parent. I personally used this during my pregnancy and found it extremely helpful at improving my mindfulness and gratitude practices.
