Introduction

Welcome to week 34 of your pregnancy!

What’s Mama up to?

Swollen feet may be a common symptom for women at this stage. Remember to pace yourself throughout the day, put your feet up, try some gentle massage or get in the water to do some light exercise! You may also notice your tummy feeling lower or more pressure on your pelvis as the baby drops down, ready for birth!

What’s baby up to?

Your baby is approximately the size of a cabbage and is pee-ing almost 2 cups of urine every day!
