Assisted squat exercise

Assisted squats are a great exercise to prepare the pelvis for birth and improve your glute strength which will help with back pain. You don’t need to go as low as me, you can keep the range small. Just remember to hold onto something sturdy, you do not want to fall backwards! You can hold on to poles, TRX straps or clotheslines like I do! Aim to do 10 repetitions, and hold the last one down for 10 seconds if you can. Try to do 2-3 sets!
