Week 30- Gym workout

If you’re still enjoying gym or resistance training with some equipment then you might like to give this workout a go! This is a snippet of a session I did with my trainer when I was 30 weeks pregnant.

-Crab walking with band

-Side leg lifts with band

-Front and side step ups

-Bench push up on knees

-Band pull downs

-Reverse bridges

Aim to do 10-15 reps of each exercise and 1-3 sets 🙂
