Welcome to week 28 of your pregnancy!

What’s Mama up to?

You will probably have had your glucose testing for gestational diabetes by this stage. Regardless of whether you do or don’t have diabetes, it is still important to try to exercise regularly and eat a healthy, well-balanced diet to keep your sugar levels under control.

What’s baby up to?

Your baby is approximately the size of an eggplant. They are becoming less wrinkly and starting to fatten up. They are also starting to dream!
