Welcome to week 26 of your pregnancy!

What’s Mama up to?

Braxton Hicks contractions may be making a more regular appearance. Some women may begin to experience restless legs syndrome, contributing to a poor nights sleep. Try to rest when you can, reduce caffeine and fluids at night and establish a relaxing nighttime routine to help you get sleepy.

What’s baby up to?

Your baby is approximately the size of a bunch of kale. Their eyes are now starting to open and you may notice that they become more responsive to light.
