By this stage in your pregnancy, chances are that your bump has popped out and your abdominals have stretched. Once your abs start stretching, you don’t want to place excessive load on them by performing “sit-up” motions. It is best to get out of bed/up from the floor by rolling to the side first then using your arm to push yourself up. This will minimise your chances of getting abdominal separation! If you ever notice a “doming” or “peaking” in your tummy, then you should avoid that activity.
