What’s Mama up to?

You may notice changes in your skin related to pigmentation. Your nipples and the line down the middle of your belly may darken as well as random patches of skin on your face. This is common during pregnancy and will generally disappear after birth.

What’s baby up to?

Your baby is approximately the size of a zucchini. They are starting to become covered in a waxy substance known as the vernix caseosa which protects the skin from the amniotic fluid and helps the baby travel down the birth canal when it’s ready.
