What’s Mama up to?
You may notice an increase in appetite to meet the demands of your energetic baby. It is common to experience low blood pressure or dizziness too, so be sure to get out of bed slowly. Speaking of bed.. you may want to start think about lying on your left side, rather than your back. This helps to maximise blood flow to the uterus.
What’s baby up to?
Your baby is approximately the size of an artichoke. They are much more active now and are able to yawn, hiccup and swallow.
