I am doing everything I can (stretching/using spikey ball/sleeping with all sorts of pillows and positions). I’ve got no pain in the front of my pelvis but my glutes are constantly feeling like they are working and aching. Sometimes the ache goes down both legs. Been waking me up multiple times in the night.
