Baby Sleep Signs and Rhythms

Hello mamas and welcome back to the Pregnancy with Physio Laura podcast. Today we are kicking off with our second episode in our Newborn Life series, discussing all about the big, wide world of baby sleep. In today’s episode Jen and I chat about why she believes rhythms are more suitable to newborns than strict routines, noticing your babies tired signs, paying attention to awake windows, establishing good morning and night routines and why it’s best to avoid an overtired baby! I also can’t help myself but pipe in and share my best tips that I used to help manage the dreaded witching hour a little better. After 2 kids of my own, I certainly felt an urge to share some personal tips with you all in the hope it might make your life easier!
