Week 22- Gym workout

If you are still doing regular gym or resistance training exercise then you might like to give this workout a go! This is a snippet from my training session when I was 22 weeks pregnant.

-Seated band row

-Deadlifts

-Dumbell squat

-Pallof press

-Tricep dips

Aim to do 10-15 reps of each exercise and 1-3 sets 🙂
