Mind the Bump is an app developed by the Smiling Mind team targeted at women during pregnancy. This is a free app which helps to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of mothers in preparation for having a baby and becoming a new parent. I personally used this during my pregnancy and found it extremely helpful at improving my mindfulness and gratitude practices.
