Exercise workouts

These 4 exercise workouts are safe and appropriate to do during your first trimester. You can do them every single day, or at least 3 times per week depending on your time and current activity level. Other great exercises to do during this first trimester are walking, stationary cycling, swimming, pilates and yoga. Remember that if you’re feeling unwell there is no need to push yourself. Even just a short walk around the block to get some fresh air might be enough for the moment until you start to feel more energetic!
